By purchasing the IT Support Consult you agree that CyberNova will provide remote guidance for one technical issue that you are authorized to work on.

You agree not to request hacking, unauthorized access, malware, piracy, or any other illegal work. We will refuse those requests.

Advice is practical guidance, not a guarantee that every environment can be repaired. Hardware replacement, on-site work, and managed IT are outside this offer.
