Refund policy

The IT Support Consult is a digital service. If you have not submitted an issue in the support channel, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

Once a consultant has started work on your request, the fee is earned for that session. If we cannot continue for a reason on our side, we will refund the payment.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Whop.
